Responsibilities and Duties

The admissions manager is responsible for planning, organizing and executing the admission procedures for the upcoming academic year. The candidate is responsible for all matters related to students welfare and development. Conduit between parents and the college with regards to academics, extracurricular activities and over all student development.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Strategize the admissions process for the calendar year.
  • Formulate the admission procedures including eligibility criteria, entrance examinations, and interview procedures.
  • Develop initiatives to attract high potential students for Gatik.
  • Work with designers and vendors for development of marketing material like brouchers, presentations, periodic online ads and other promotional material.
  • Design, conceptualize and execute events like Principal and counsellor meets and promotional events.
  • Conduct seminars in schools for parents and students to help them understand about Gatik’s core values and strengths and various career options for the courses that Gatik offers.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions over phone / in person to parents and students on need basis to help guide them and answer their queries regarding selection of courses and career opportunities
  • Review of student applications, shortlisting and organizing interviews with prospective students in coordination with the respective faculty and management.
  • Archiving and managing records of all admission inquiries, managing student files and attendance reports.
  • To coordinate with the marketing team and understand the feedback of various marketing events and advise management on suitable marketing activities which optimize admissions.
  • Maintaining and updating, organization MIS, which will give a detailed view of admission numbers, marketing initiatives and student database updation. Take part in recruitment of student counselors, train and monitor their day to day activities and performance.
  • Should be available for parents and students services team on call post normal working hours to address any concerns.

Position: Faculty - Chemistry

Responsibilities and Duties

Candidates are expected to teach IPE and EAMCET Chemistry, should be able to conduct Chemistry practicals and evaluate and correct test papers.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

    Should possess excellent teaching and mentoring abilities, strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.

  • He / She should be a post graduate in the relevant subject
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of teaching experience in reputed Junior Colleges teaching IPE and EAMCET
