Mr. Ramendra, faculty in Mathematics has around 30+ years of experience teaching the subject to various age groups under different boards across India. His strength lies in having a proactive approach in the teaching and learning process. He motivates and encourages students to explore multiple methods to approach the topics in mathematics.

Mr. Sateesh Uppala is a Postgraduate in Mathematics and a B. Ed from Osmania University. As a Mathematics faculty he has a rich experience of more than 12 years, handling Graduates, Engineering and +2 students.

His expertise lies in training EAMCET, JEE Mains and the competitive examination aspirants, equipping them with conceptual knowledge, Problem solving and analytical skills.

Mr. Balraj Chinthala Senior Faculty Botany

Mr. Balraj is a highly committed senior lecturer in Botany with over 28 years of experience in teaching intermediate students in various reputed corporate colleges. Teaching Botany is a passion for him and he feels that it helps him to make valuable contribution to the student community.

He makes an effort to understand and analyse students’ weakness and mentors them to overcome them. His strength lies in working closely with students and motivating them to achieve their goals. He strongly believes that a teacher’s success begins with the success of the students.

Mrs. Pala Sarada Kumari Senior Faculty

Mrs. Pala Sarada brings with her considerable experience of working as NEET faculty (Zoology) in reputed institutions. While still pursuing her Masters of Science in Zoology from Osmania University, she began her career as a teacher. With a focus to cultivate scientific knowledge in her students, she employs active learning methodologies by creating a balance between teaching theory and practical knowledge. As she grew in her profession, she simultaneously worked on her PhD thesis with the aim to contribute to the agricultural sector of India.

Mr. Ramesh KumarHOD - Physics

Mr.Ramesh Kumar is a post graduate in Physics from Regional College of Education (NCERT), Mysore. In his 36 years of experience, he has trained multiple batches of students for various competitive exams including EAMCET, AIEEE - JEE.

Being a passionate and enthusiastic educator, he has developed a practical approach connecting daily life activities with Physics. He maintains good relationship with his students, counsels them and motivates them to work towards achieving their goals.

Mr. Shantha KumarSr. Faculty

Mr.Shantha Kumar is an educator and a mentor with an experience of more than 22 years. He is a post graduate and an M.Phil. in Physics. He has a rich research experience in ‘Solid State Physics’ and has published a research paper in a science journal. He has participated in a workshop on “Experimental Technique at Low Temperatures” conducted at IVC-DAE, Indore and also attended an international conference on R & D using Electron Accelerator at Mangalore University.

He started his career as a senior lecturer in Physics in an Engineering college and then moved on to train +2 level students in competitive exams like NEET & JEE. Students under his guidance have achieved top ranks in NEET, Mains and Advance. He has mentored students to become KVPY fellows as well. His expertise lies in making the complex concepts of Physics easy for learners. He feels that his passion for enriching learners’ minds has truly met its match at Gatik. His drive to master everything that he does makes him the man he is.

Mr. Raju BejjenkiSr. Faculty

Mr. Raju Bejjenki is a post graduate in Physics with specialisation in Electronics. His interest in physics was kindled during his schooling when he realized that the concepts of physics are involved in our daily to daily life.

Driven by this interest and passion he completed his Master and began his teaching career. Being a teacher by passion he had involved himself in actively training the JEE and IIT aspirants. He drives the learning sessions with precision and clarity and encourages students to ask questions, understand and gain knowledge rather than passive learning.

His 15 years of rich and varied teaching experience has taught him that teaching any topic conceptually with reference to real life examples and practice will bring a great change in student learning process which eventually will improve students analytical and problem solving skills.

Mrs.K. Julie Veronica HOD

An absolute hardworking chemistry enthusiast lecturer, Mrs.K. Julie Veronica , energetic with dynamic approach to teaching has more than 20 years of teaching experience in india and abroad from 1997 to till date.

Having worked for St. Ann”s Junior college for a decade and Alphores Junior college for two years andMethodist Junior college for a year here In india and also in Alwadi International school Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for a decade as AS and A level chemistry lecturer , she has always been able to establish strong relationships with parents and students.

During her 10 year service in A.I.S ,she has received the credit for being a marvelous and motivational mentor for all her students who have gained world ranks in her subject, also during that course she has attended various workshops held by none other than “The Cambridge university”.

She has also been one of the faculty members for a coaching center which aims to help students crack competitive exams like IIT JEE (advanced) and JAM (chemistry).

Mrs Julie highly proficient in her own way to get students love and understand the very hard topics of chemistry , has joined Gatik to provide an environment of strong organizational , creative thinking skills and challenge the young minds to think out of the box.

Ms. Prasanna has 16 years of teaching experience in Chemistry. Being a passionate teacher, she always guides her students to reach up to their required confidence levels in the subject. This guidance helps the students to crack the respective competitive examinations like NEET, EAMCET and JEE. She encourages the students to ask questions and get their doubts clarified while she patiently attends to them. She motivates the students in a way that they can enjoy the subject in an easy manner by introducing memory based tricks and correlates them with some live examples.

Mr. Amit Bharat Vadaverao, is a Postgraduate in Organic Chemistry and has a rich experience of handling students of a wide range of age groups. He has also visited universities of good repute to deliver guest lectures.

He has the knack of teaching Chemistry in an engaging manner which helps students to overcome their challenges in learning Chemistry. Under his guidance, a good number of students have achieved good success in their exams.

Ms. Kavitha Faculty

Ms. Kavitha has done her Post Graduation in Economics from Osmania University with distinction. She has a total of 15 years of experience in teaching Economics to Intermediate and Graduate students. She is quite enthusiastic and passionate in teaching the subject to the students with real time examples. Mrs. Kavitha is a motivational educator who helps each student to understand the basic concepts of Economics and Economic theories.

As a Principal of Women’s Degree College, she mentored and motivated many of her girl students driving the importance of education in the family and to take up jobs for self-reliance. Mr.BVN Sivakumar Sr.Faculty

Mr. BVN Sivakumar is a teaching professional in Commerce and Accountancy, having over 17 years of experience in teaching intermediate and plus two years for CBSE. He has a passion for teaching professional courses. In the past, he has taught CA- CPT and CA foundation level as well as intermediate level courses. Apart from classroom teaching , he provides real time experience to students by freelancing in teaching of accounting packages like Tally. He joined Gatik as the curriculum involves not only providing conceptual knowledge to the students but also provides practical orientation and providing other necessary skills for facing the heavily competitive environment. Gatik also involves training the students from the grass root level, keeping in mind that small class size ,conducted in spacious rooms, helps faculty concentrate on each students individualistic needs.

Mr.Mattam Veeresham Faculty

Mr Mattam Veeresham comes with a wealth of experience of over 15 years of teaching Commerce at the Intermediate level. A Master of Commerce from Osmania University, Mr Veeresham has worked as a senior lecturer of Commerce in some of the well-known educational institutions in Hyderabad. Being a trained student counsellor, he not only adapts his teaching style to the learning needs of the students but also takes utmost care to foster a lively, enthusiastic, and positive classroom learning environment. Mr. Satish GoudFaculty

With 4 years of teaching experience in Civics and Indian Polity, Satish had done MA in political science from HCU and is currently pursuing his PhD from the Centre for Economic and Social Studies. Though he looks quite calm and composed, his classes are highly charged and promising as he makes learning Civics very interesting for students. He has also worked in several research projects on child welfare and education. The motto of Gatik in strengthening students with holistic development has inspired and motivated him to join Gatik. Dr. Abdurahiman ThottekkatFaculty

With over fourteen years of experience in teaching and research in India, Dr. Abdurahiman Thottekkat, has been instrumental in training students at different levels to succeed in the career of their choice. Having studied at some of the prestigious universities in India, his research writing and research paper presentations at both the national and the international levels bear testimony to his scholarship. He also brings in an extensive exposure to the domains of research writing and archaeological excavations. His broad experience along with his unique mentoring skills and passion for teaching help him cater to the learning needs of each of his students. He is focused on training students to successfully crack various entrance exams and guiding them towards building a secure and satisfactory career.

Mrs. Vijayasree Varanasi HOD - Arts

Ms. Vijayasree is an academician with 29 years of teaching and training experience and has a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry in India and abroad. She also worked with organizations like Toastmasters, and Qatar Debates and has worked as an International Debate Coach and Judge as well. Highly skilled in coaching, debating, organizational development, lesson planning and public speaking, Ms. Vijayasree is a certified verbal trainer for international admission tests like SAT, GRE and language proficiency assessments like ESOL examinations, TOEFL and IELTS. She has co-authored a book “Place-Mentor” addressing all the key grammar and soft skills topics targeted in common competitive and placement examinations. As a soft skills and communication trainer, understanding the nuances of a learner and dispelling the fear of public speaking has been one of her key focus areas. She aims to facilitate an environment that supports stress free wholesome education that focuses on the holistic development of a learner.

In her 23 years of experience as a teacher she has learnt some effective ways of facilitating the student in their learning endeavour, during these years of teaching she has developed a rich collection of strategies and tacticsfrom which Mrs.Pokisha Mary pulls the exact strategy or tactic that will address a specific breakdown for a specific task, at the right moment. She has trained students for CSAT English for the nation’s toughest examination the “Civil Services Examination”.

Mrs.Mary’s Masters in Education has also helped her to understand Cognitive learning which will help the students to learn in a systematic and organized way. Her strength is to help students develop skills in creative writing by guiding them to appreciate prose, poetry, narratives and short stories and make them understand the nuances of different types of writing such as reports and essays. She prepares her English classroom activities in such a way that will nurture the students to acquire good comprehension skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills which is very essential for cracking any competitive examination. A Lawyer by qualification Ms. Pallavi has over 15 years of experience in the corporate field. She has been advising firms of all sizes – from start-ups to multinationals – in corporate laws. Responsible for regulatory compliances and adept at drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, company policies, ensuring legalities of commercial transactions and corporate governance procedures. Her immense passion towards the subject motivated her to venture into teaching and training eligible students for various entrance exams. Her practical experience in the legal field adds immense value while training students. She strongly deems that the opportunities or alternatives available to this generation are innumerable, and it is all about guiding them in the right direction and keeping them informed.

Anand brings in years of expertise in building algorithms and deploying multiple end-to-end AI solutions across industries - from developing AI platforms to automating model building process to developing end-to-end Face Recognition system for CCTV for live analysis while leading his team alongside

Dr. Rashmi Jalota who holds a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts, had diligently pursued her interest and completed a Masters Degree in History of Art and is also a Ph.D. in History of Art.

She has over 12 years of experience in academics across India and Middle East. She is well versed with the creative abilities required for students with an aptitude for design related careers. She has trained a good number of students for the design based competitive exams and creative ability tests.

Besides being a keen academician, she has also published papers in several journals. She believes in experiential learning and tries to facilitate learning through active interactions and studio-based practical sessions. She is well versed with various mediums and Techniques used by artists.

As a freelance painter, she has participated in many group shows as well. Her main areas of interest are Art History and its global evolution.

Dr. Ganesh K Sr.Faculty

An alumni of Osmania University campus, Dr. Ganesh comes with a vast experience of 27 years in training students for IPE and IIT-JEE/NEET at various colleges in Hyderabad and Mangalore. Worked as a research fellow for 2 years in DST sponsored project entitled “High temperature superconductivity elastic studies”. He was selected for Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) in the year 1995, No.9/132(494)/95 – EMR-1, CSIR, Govt. of India, New Delhi. He has developed a “drive unit for a quartz composite oscillator for internal friction measurements” and a “High voltage pulse generator for ultrasonic applications” as part of his research.

Dr. Ganesh has a few publications to his credit in International Science Journals like Physica-C, The Netherlands and Journal of Alloys and compounds, Switzerland and has contributed to paper presentations in various conferences. In spite of all his achievements, his genuine smile and humbleness speak a lot about his personality.

With a Masters degree in Organic Chemistry and a specialization in Medicinal Chemistry, Mr. Naveen Goutham brings about 20 years of classroom teaching experience. With an unparalleled teaching experience in IPE curriculum, Naveen also possesses expertise in running programmes such as VITEEE, SRMJEE and other engineering entrance examinations. His work also involves content development, preparation of new question patterns such as assertion and reasoning, numerical and comprehension types. Naveen has authored the book “Fundamental concepts in Organic Chemistry” published by GBR publications, released in 2017.

Mrs Aruna Airva is a post graduate in Chemistry and currently pursuing PhD at the University College of Science, Saifabad, Osmania University, Hyderabad. Mrs.Aruna has been a renowned chemistry faculty with over 18 years of significant experience in teaching IIT-JAM, IISc, NIT, TIFR, HCU, NCL-PUNE, OU, AU, IIT-JEE, NEET, and EAMCET at well-known institutions in Hyderabad.
