Mr.S.B.Vikram has over 25 years of experience in Hospitality and the Retail Industry.He has worked with renowned hotel brands such as Holiday Inn, Ramada, Radisson Hotels & Resorts ,The Leela Kempinski ,to name a few.

Besides being a certified trainer, certified yoga teacher , certified employee and student counsellor , Mr .Vikram has a flair of Drama and Theatre only adding to his repertoire of talents.

He has also worked for retail organizations such as Pantaloons, Reliance Retail, Big Bazaar, Home Town, Central, and eZone.

He is a qualified MBA who has completed his Master’s degree in Psychology and Human Resources, along with a handful of Diplomas in Training (from ISTD) as well as Hotel Management. He is also a certified trainer, certified Yoga teacher, certified employee and student counselor with a flair for theatre and drama. He is an individual with an excellent sense of humor who always believes in building relationships and transforming lives.

Rahul is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in IT, ITES, Manufacturing and Hospitality. Rahul is known for his positive outlook and unmatched focus and energy. Rahul hopes to bring in industry's best practices to the educational institutions to make them an attractive and rewarding career stream for the best talent.

He holds a MBA from SP JAIN Centre of Management and Bachelors in Hotel Management.

By collaborating with Gatik, Rahul hopes to bridge the gap between academics and the needs of the real world, helping students hone critical skills so that they are equipped to confidently take on any real life challenges that are thrown at them.

Mr. D Kullayappa has dedicated his career to the field of education since 2002, driven by a deep-seated passion for acquiring and disseminating knowledge, and nurturing leadership qualities in students. His commitment to providing a holistic education is evident through his extensive qualifications, including MSc in Mathematics, MSc in Physics, BEd, and Madhyama Visharada in Hindi, in addition to his experience in CBSE schooling.

Mr. Kullayappa is also the accomplished author of the book "The Language of Chemistry." Throughout his educational journey, he has held various pivotal roles such as faculty member, Head of Department, Principal, Resource Person, Academic Head, and Regional In-charge in diverse corporate organizations encompassing both CBSE and State board schools and colleges.

With an amalgamation of passion and expertise in the realm of education, Mr. Kullayappa has honed his skills in harnessing a wide array of resources to elevate the standards of education, both nationally and internationally. His multifaceted approach has not only made him an accomplished professional but also a versatile personality.

His illustrious career has yielded a multitude of achievements, including the successful organization of a TED-ED students' talk show in collaboration with schools from Switzerland and various other foreign countries. Additionally, he has overseen numerous science fairs and mentored students to achieve commendable ranks at the National, State, and Zonal levels in various Olympiad exams. His dedication to health and wellness has been recognized with the Chief Steward award from Elite World Records for his expertise in yoga and sports.

Mr.Kullayappa is also certified in the New Education Policy (NEP-2020) by the esteemed DHEYA organization, showcasing his commitment to staying abreast of contemporary educational advancements. His pursuit of excellence extends beyond borders, as evidenced by his research endeavours in the IB curriculum in Kenya, conducted in collaboration with the Oshwal Group of schools. Additionally, he is a valued member of the Atal Tinkering Lab, further contributing to the educational landscape

Mr. S.V.R.R. Sharma Principal - The Urban Campus, Tarnaka

Mr. S.V.R.R.Sharma, better known as Sanskrit Sharma sir, is an experienced lecturer and able administrator in the IPE sector. He is a visionary and a zealot to the core like his father Dr. S. Viswanatha Sharma, the famous Sanskrit and Telugu Scholar and Poet. Sharma completed his Post Graduation in Sanskrit & Telugu and has put in a total experience of 30 years.

A well disciplined individual, Mr. Sharma laid foundation to his career with Gautami group of educational institutions and worked with them for a decade. As a senior lecturer and HOD, he produced excellent results and motivated the students to achieve laurels in their academic and personal lives. He then moved onto Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions as a Principal of Narayanaguda branch. With determination and zeal to work, he brought major reforms in the branch that improved students' results and discipline at large. In his 3 decade long career, Sharma organized several seminars, workshops and training programs for effective teaching and managing the adolescents.
